What is your shipping policy?


All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from the date the order was placed. Orders are fulfilled using USPS.




Oh no! My order arrived damaged! What do I do?


We're two humans making and packaging these items for you and we're handing them off to humans at the post office. Human error is a very real thing, as is a package of delicate earrings getting crushed on its way to you. If your item arrives broken or otherwise damaged let us know ASAP at spitehousedesigns@gmail.com. We'll gladly send you a replacement for a damaged item!




My order arrived, but I'd like to return it. What should I do?


If something gets to you and you just don't love it, sorry dude! We don't provide refunds or exchanges in this scenario.




Do you have a brick & mortar shop I can go to?


Having a physical shop would be a dream, but right now we exist online. You can occasionally find us in-person at pop-ups and markets around the Boston area. Follow our social media to make sure you know where we're going to be vending!
